This weeks guest is Jill Coleman from www.jillfit.com. She is the co-founder of Metabolic Effect Inc. and the owner of JillFit, a health and wellness brand, with a unique focus on mindset (this was launched in 2010). She holds a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a BS in Health & Exercise Science from Wake Forest University.
Jill teaches women how to create a healthy lifestyle that is stress and shame free. Her passion lies in helping women quit the yo-yo dieting cycle and start automating their eating and exercise so that have more time and mental space for the things they love, like family, friends and socialising.
At Jillfit they talk all things fitness, nutrition mindset, body esteem and fitness business and that is exactly what we ended up chatting about in this episode.
